Compacta semi-automatic horizontal stretch wrappers are designed for bundling long, narrow products like wood molding, aluminum, and plastic extrusion as well as tubing, textiles, and carpet.
The Compacta horizontal stretch wrapper’s safe, simple operation includes automatic film clamping and cutting. Compacta’s feature constant film tensioning to improve package integrity and reduce film breaks.
The Compacta semi-automatic bundling machines are designed for low- to mid-volume production.
Auto Film Clamp
Highly reliable, dual rod cutting system fully automates the wrapping process.
Auto Film-Cutting Device
Automatically cuts film at end of wrap cycle, saving operator an estimated 30 seconds per load.
Pneumatic Top Platens
Infeed and outfeed units automatically adjust to ensure proper stabilization of the product. The length of the run can be adjusted manually, if needed, to compensate for products of varying height.
