We’re proud to announce that we’ve joined Packaging Distributors of America (PDA), one of the premier packaging industry associations in the world. By joining the PDA, Korpack will increase its national footprint while also maintaining a laser focus on our customers.
Packaging Distributors of America association consists of over sixty owner-operated distribution centers spread across the United States. Combined, the companies in the PDA generate over $1.8 billion in revenue per year with owner-operating packaging supply distribution facilities covering more than 25 million square feet.
Korpack has been working hard to establish itself as a leading packaging supplier and joining the Packaging Distributors of America association is an important step in our vision. The companies that form the PDA are among the best packaging suppliers in the country and we’re honored to join our fellow members in advancing the packaging industry.
Perhaps most importantly, the Packaging Distributors of America’s vision aligns with the Korpack vision. The PDA promotes environmentally friendly packaging solutions and overall sustainability. At Korpack, we’ve been working hard to reduce our own environmental footprint, while also empowering our customers by providing them with environmentally friendly packaging products.
Every packaging supplier in the PDA focuses on customer service and understanding what our clients need. Some packaging companies try to provide one-size fit all solutions, but in practice, this approach rarely produces good results. Like other members in the PDA, Korpack strives to provide safe, durable and sustainable packaging products customized for our clients’ needs.
The Packaging Distributors of America association enables individual members to operate on a national and even global scale. Working together, members can provide the capabilities and reach of a nationwide packaging supplier. However, since individual companies are owner-operated, customers can still expect personal service and attention to detail.
At the same time, through coordination and mutual cooperation, the PDA helps ensure efficiency and scale. Members of the PDA build lifelong partnerships with one another, and likewise with their clients.
The PDA is a leader in advancing the packaging industry and promoting innovation. The Association and its members often work together and share information. This allows every member company to grow and to leverage the expertise and insights of fellow members.
2020 has been a challenging but exciting year for Korpack. We’ve been working alongside clients to control the COVID-19 pandemic by providing powerful cleaning solutions, N95 masks, and other essential supplies. At the same time, we’ve been working hard to ensure our employees are protected.
Korpack was also identified as one of the fastest growing companies in the Midwest. Korpack ranked #157 on the prestigious Inc. 5000 list and over the past two years, our company has grown by over 130%.
