So, sit back and relax while we tell you about the ingredients that will provide you with a mouth-watering packaging solution when mixed together.
Appetizer
For the appetizer, mix together the Prasmatic TC Series Shrink Wrapping Machine and the Power Pack chain driven live roller conveyor. The Prasmatic TC takes your product and wraps it together, such as a case of water with the plastic film around it to hold the bottles in place.
You have a choice with your appetizer: your product can have just the shrink wrap around it, with a flat piece of corrugated at the bottom surrounded by shrink wrap to make it more secure. Or, for the ultimate in protection, use a corrugated tray, like a half-box, that is shrink-wrapped.
Main Course
Your appetizer will go perfectly with your main course. Your finished product, the appetizer, is moved automatically down a Power Pack belt-driven live roller conveyor line to the High Infeed Palletizer. This stacks the finished product on a pallet and aligns everything perfectly based on the user settings.
Dessert
For dessert, add in the Helix 3 EVO. It’s an automatic rotary arm style stretch wrapper designed to provide a rugged, flexible and high capacity automatic stretch wrapping solution. It’s the perfect ingredient to stretch wrap your product coming from the High Infeed Palletizer.
Bonus Ingredient
Important: After you’ve served the above recipe items, add in the Power Pack chain driven live roller conveyor, which will then have your product loaded onto your transportation carrier of choice.
